poor communication and bad checks given for merchandise

Had a propane regulator installed that was defective. looked to be used as all the paint was chipping off, and only worked one time. It was tested by another propane company and confirmed defective. JRJ said they would replace, but completely blew off two different appointments I made to have it replaced and does not return messages left at their office number. Was asked to pay $150 cash for this regulator install and am very disappointed in their business practice and customer service.
