        New rooms. Excelent conditions new furniture clean, safe.New administration. I RECOMEND THIS MOTEL. TO TRAVELERS WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD NICE REST. ITS FINE IF YOU BRING YOUR KIDS.

        I think they've got new owners. Seems to have improved since last visit. Have monthly rates if u qualify. But very expensive, but it is furnished and pretty clean. Better than most of the older weekly/ monthly rental places in Springfield, Mo. It's on W. Side close to Stores and fast Food places.
