German Septic Tank Service

We had our septic serviced today by Steve & Julie the owners of German Septic Tank. Julie scheduled our service appointment and updated us the day before our service would be completed. She was very polite and professional. They arrived on our property promptly and went straight to work. Steve helped explain the inner working of our septic and how the system works since this is our first time having a septic system. We are very pleased with the service and professionalism they provided all while charging a competitive rate for the service rendered. We will be using German Septic for decades to come and highly recommend them to anyone in need of septic services. They have a 2,000 gal truck that they used today since we only have a 1,000gl tank however, they also have a much larger 4,000gl truck that can handle any size septic job.

Nathan came on time, answered a bunch of questions, and was great to deal with. The person who answered the phone was very professional and courteous.

Not only are these guys hard working and down-to-earth, but their experience is apparent and their honesty is refreshing. They went above and beyond to offer their professional opinion, affordable solutions and give quality referrals for local plumbers I could trust (which I was in need of). I'm impressed and grateful for a job well done.
