        Overall

        Went in as a new patient on the recommendation of another, knowing it was out of network with my insurance but was told it would not be any more than $100.00 total. My two kids had X-Rays, cleaning, and fluoride sealant done. I had an X-Ray done and they did not clean my teeth. I felt the dentist was rude as he told me I needed thousands of dollars of work done on my teeth. I have been going to the dentist regularly every six months and had no previous issues. I left in tears. I received a bill in the mail in the amount of $500.00. I called Chesterfield Family Dental the following week to discuss the possibility of lowering the bill a little more. I was shocked by how rudely I was treated. I finally just asked for my bill via email and paid it that day. I would NOT recommend going to this dentist. It just seemed like a scam from the beginning and wished I had listened to my instinct.
