Sorry, but we can't be responsible for customer problems outside the scope of work we do, and we can't be responsible for other people's work. At the customer's request we examined the work that we did and found it to be intact, with no evidence of any problem related to work we did for the customer. Customer sent a 3rd party mechanical representative to our facility, and he also confirmed to Twin that the problem had nothing to do with any work Twin had previously done for this customer. Customer voided any warranty by having multiple 3rd party mechanics open the engine, paint the valve cover, install new head bolt and push rod. Customer claimed he had trouble right away following a head gasket repair, but failed to return until over 90 days and almost 2000 miles later, with new front end damage, fan damage, head noise and push rod and possible lifter problems - none of which had anything to do with work Twin did for this customer.
