Windrose Family Medicine

Wow I'm so annoyed. Went to Windrose Family Medicine for an appointment I scheduled a month in advance. When I arrived, I signed in at the front desk and was not greeted by either of the women working the front desk. Then 10 minutes after I check in they call me to the front to tell me I did not have an appointment for that day. I told them I had left a message to schedule an appointment and someone had called me back around 7:00 the same night on November 4th and scheduled my appointment for today on the 25th at 10:00 AM and that I had given all of my personal and insurance information to her. One of the ladies slapped her forehead and said "Oh Lord" then both women sat there for 10 minutes while I stood there and they searched through their computer system. Finally after 10 minutes of searching one of the ladies said "oh your appointment was on the 18th." I told her that I was told my appointment was on the 25th at 10 because I wrote it on my calendar and my dog had a vet appointment on the 18th so I wouldn't have made it that day. She still tried to tell me that she remembers making my appointment on the 18th. Oh, that's weird because you didn't know who I was and couldn't find me in the system 10 minutes ago and now you specifically remember making my appointment. I told the lady very politely that I had taken time off from work for this appointment so I would appreciate her trying to accommodate me. She told me she would ask the Doctor and after 30 more minutes of waiting she comes back and says that they can fit me in. So after wasting 45 minutes of my life waiting in a waiting room, I was told I could not be seen even though it was their office's mistake and they didn't even try to reschedule me or help me to make another appointment. Also, when I arrived at their office the three patients in the waiting room where still there waiting when I left 45 minutes later. I will never give these people my business after the inconsiderate and unprofessional way in which I was treated at their office.
