I love my children's daycare, they are all so caring and loving. They make you and your family feel very comfortable and safe by leaving your children with them. I would spread the word to every that is looking for a GREAT small environment to protect your precious little ones!

I found Giggles & Giggles from one of my friends, that use to attend there. They always had good things to say about Ms Michelle and the staff. I enrolled my 15 month old and she is now 3 yrs old and has learned a lot there. I was so prove of her and the great job that her daycare had done that I would recommend this wonderful and exciting daycare to anyone!



Any by the way she accepts cash, money orders, checks and credit card and even debit card transactions which I absolutely love when my money can come right out and don't have to worry about it later or running to the bank for cash! Thank you so much Ms. Michelle for all you do!!

My children attend Giggles and Giggles all 5 of them. They range from the ages of 4 to 11 and let me tell you that they LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this daycare. I have enrolled them in other daycares in the past and have disliked the staff, atmosphere and the learning processes they have. At giggles and giggles my 4yr old knows his vowels, abc, counts up to 40, can count to 20 in Spanish and knows many words in Spanish as well as sight words, his birthday, days of the week and months of the year which is good for his start in pre-k later this year. I have 4 schooler’s and every day they come home happy and ready to tell me how their day was at the daycare and school they love that the teachers assist and encourage that their school work is done at the daycare so that they can relax and enjoy their evening once home. Ms. Michelle is the sweetest person that I have met and the kids just ADORE her. I feel that I can address any situation with Michelle and that it is handled and taken care of from issues with my kids to financial issues that may arise from time to time. Michelle is very understanding to an extent of course she still has a business to run. I love the fact that Michelle and her staff offer Parents night out once a month and believe me I am very comfortable with leaving my children with her for the evening as I have taken advantage of this on many occasions to have time to enjoy some me time. I would recommend anyone to this daycare as it is a loving and very great learning establishment.

My daughter attends Giggles and Giggles and she is learning so much. She starts Kindergarten in the fall and will be well ahead of where she should be. She is developing very well and I know this is because of the partnership my husband and I have with Giggles & Giggles. She also gets the opportunity to take dance and/or karate at the facility for a minimal charge. Once a month, they host a parents' night out where you can leave your child over night and pick them up the next morning. The teachers/director are hands on and make sure that your child is developing. There are so many great things about G and G. I would recommend this childcare facility to other families.

I have enjoyed sending my kid to G and G they have provided excellent child care. They are always aware of what's going on at all times. My kid wakes up asking about going to school and he has never asked about going to any another daycare. I heard about this center from word of mouth and would tell anyone to enroll their children there! He has learned a lot there and I'm so glad and thankful for finding this place.

I have three kids that attend Giggles & Giggles and my family and I love it. My children have been there with Ms Michelle for two years and they have learned so much. My daughter is 2 1/2 and she knows her vowels, how to count up to 25-30 in Spanish, She knows her birthday and she knows the months of year and Days of the week.

I was so excited when she came home saying her vowels and counting in Spanish. She has come along way and so have my other children there. Ms Michelle is a very sweet and understanding person that listens and addresses all concerns. My children love her and her staff. We are pleased with her services and the quality care that they are providing for our children. I would recommend this daycare to everyone I know looking for child care.

Stay away from this daycare! If you are looking for a friendly staff that holds a high sense of professionalism, this is not the place for your child. I chose this daycare because of the location and the hours of operation. My daughter is 5 years old and extremely bright. I encourage her to talk to me if she feels she is being mistreated so I felt secure in this area with the daycare. The daycare is near my home and they are scheduled to remain open until 8pm Monday through Friday. I work an hour away from home and work until 6:30pm. This gives me an hour and a half to pick up my child. My child is usually the last to be picked up because of our (my husband and I) commute home. Michelle, the owner of the daycare once asked my husband if we could pick up our child early on Friday's so she can close up and start her weekend. This made absolutely no sense to me considering she clearly states her facility is open until 8pm on Friday's. Additionally, I have repeatedly tried to pay my daycare fees with a debit/credit card at her facility. The excuse to me was the machine did not work. After continuing to ask her repeatedly, she explained it was not for credit cards, it was in fact for CCMS members who are enrolled in the child care government program. I continued to pay her with cash and worried we would eventually come across a payment issue. Finally the time comes when she tries to explain to me that we owe a late fee. My husband made the payment that period and of course he has no idea where the receipt is. I explained to her that we pay every two weeks in advance and nothing has changed. We are current on our fees. She began to raise her voice and talk over me as I tried to explain our payment schedule. I tried to explain to her that if she had a credit card machine we could both easily keep track of my payments. She explained she DOES have a credit card machine. I told her she explained to me before she did NOT have a credit card machine. She yelled back and said she has one now! I then explained to her that would be valuable information that she could offer to her parents for convenience instead of going to withdraw money for a cash payment. She sarcastically said I didn't bother to ask! She was not having a bad day. Her terrible attitude and demeanor is consistent. I explained to her, as the owner of the daycare, she carry's herself very unprofessional towards her parents. She then proceeded to tell me to find someone else to care for my child and hung up on me. I tried to call her back and she kept hanging up on me. She finally answered the phone again and I asked her not to hang up because this was business and not personal. I asked her to print out a statement sheet of my payments to her for my records and she proceeded to tell me she gave me receipts and I should have kept up with them. I asked her again kindly to have a printed statement with her company heading ready for me to pick up and she refused and hung up on me again. My husband and I knew we would eventually have a problem with her considering her poor people skills and terrible attitude and had already considered other options for my child's care. We knew we did not want our daughter in that type of environment and were eager to arrange childcare arrangements elsewhere. My goal here is to alert others' on the poor conduct of business and disrespect that goes on at Giggles and Giggles. We as parents put trust in our daycare providers. My concern is her care towards the children considering my experience with her. We trust they will protect and care for our children, not put them in a hostile environment.
