This was by far the WORST experience I have EVER had with a dr. We had an appointment for 2:30, got there at 2:10 to allow time for our new patient paperwork, and waitied for two hours to see the nurse. In the two hour wait, the reseptionists talked to eachother and parents like dirt, and constantly complained about all of the "new patients" they had to deal with and how much work it was for them. When we got called back the nurse was wonderful and patient with my son (who is very shy) However, dr porcelli came in the room 30 minutes later, did not greet myself, my husband, or my son, just went about asking medical questions. She spoke nearly no english, and was suprised that my son was not able to follow her complicated instructions. He was crying through the entire physical, and when he did not move a limb or other body part as instructed she would force the movement on him. She took him into a room for his hearing test, left the door open so all my son was paying attention to was the busy hallway he was standing in front of. She never said goodbye or anything to us before leaving the exam room. We were left to guess whether or not we should go to the desk. I would not reccomend this dr to ANYONE!
