Mike's Auto Towing

Missed my parent's driveway in the pitch black darkness off Powell & Cedar around midnight - my left rear tire was hanging over the ditch! I called my AAA - they dispatched RON, (Mike's West Coast Auto Towing) who expertly and thoroughly assessed my predicament THEN lifted my rear end back onto the drive with nary a scratch to my (sister's) new Ram 1500!!! Thank you, RON, so very much for the extreme caution & care you showed us - and you never even laughed at me!!!

Our SUV was side swiped while parked, and luckily the offender hung around and reported it. Mike's is near our house, so we chose to go there. They were efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. We had no problems and the car looks great.

I arrived for my oil change appointment and was helped promptly. The office staff was pleasant and courteous. I have been coming here for 2 years for my oil changes. The average oil change time is 30 minutes. I have been very satisfied with the service at Mike's.7

2008 MINI Cooper, 1998 Buick Park Avenuel. I have had very good consistant service for the last 5 years. Both routine service like oil/filter changes and more major repairs are done expertly. Good brake jobs. Repairs of HAVC system. All done well and on time.

I came in this morning to get the oil changed and the tires rotated on my wife's car. The staff was very helpful and thorough in making sure that I got the exact type of service that I needed. I informed them that I would wait for the vehicle, and they got the process started very quickly. The car services were completed and I was on my way home in a little over an hour. Jarrod in service is so honest and knowledgeable, i sadly cant say the same for the girl upfront! However, this is the only place I trust to bring my truck to.

What an amazing place! I was in an accident recently, and was completely confused on what to do. The girl Felicia up front helped me with the entire process, she made it so simple and was so understanding! Tim was the man who called and gave me updates, he was also so kind and always kept me informed! I would recommend this place to everyone! I was just informed that Mikes has a full service department so I will now be bringing my vehicle there as well!

This place does absolutely amazing work! I have taken my car here, and my family has always taken their cars here not only for body work but for service work. My car looked better than it did when it came in, and I was so happy when I picked it up and it was cleaned inside and out! This place is the only place I trust with my cars!
