China Town

The food is good but this is the 2nd time that its taken almost TWO HOURS for our food to arrive!!! It's ridiculous! I'm going to look for another place for future orders. Its too bad because my family really enjoys their food. I ordered at 7:30 and its 9:15 and no food yet but my card has already been charged, hopefully it gets here before I go to bed!

we order there all the time and have never gotten sick,but they messed up our order tonight when i called to get the right food they wanted to pay the difference and delivery fee. i told them i would find another place to eat and the "boss" said go ahead. i will not order from there again.

We have ordered from here before without any issues. The one time we had an issue, it blew up. My husband and I both got ill (as in vomiting) from the food, and they refused to help us. Three different people called us on our home phone, yelled at us, told us they wanted "evidence". We had the rest of the food; all we wanted was a refund for the food that made us sick. It turned into a huge ordeal, and they were not willing to make it right.

this place didn't seem like it was very kept up and clean...the lady at the front counter counted my change wrong twice, and every time I go there they have a little kid running around. It was seemingly distracting / disruptive to both the customers and workers....and not in the cute way.

got take out 3 times and each time it took forever. 45 mins after i ate, i got really bad diarrhea.

BEWARE!!!!!!!! I'm new to Spring Hill and I've haven't tried many places in town, but this place is ridiculous! They lack customer service and that is an understatement. If you order from them and you don't get sick, you are lucky. If you do get sick, God help you! These people are inconsiderate and have no knowledge or professional training in food and beverage management. Sorry to make this review so long, but it's very frustrating when someone is so unwilling to show an ounce of decency and respect to the very market that is keeping you in business.
