Comfort Dental Care

The complaint I made two days earlier to this post is absolutely true. I have photo proof that I would happily post proving that my smile was ruined by this dental office. As my post "Ruined my smile" states my two front teeth are now completely different colors. Because I did not disclose my full name over the internet does not mean that it did not happen. I was kept waiting ridiculously long hours and was treated with complete disrespect for my concerns. As far as I know Bilbo Baggins is a fictional character and Ernie and Kathleen could be made up as well and for all anyone knows the person who made that post could actually be someone who works for the establishment. If you would like proof post your e-mail and I will send before and after pics of what they did to my teeth. Just because you and your wife had a pleasant experience does not mean that they treat all of their customers with the same respect. I am a younger female whom was taken advantage of and completely disregarded. They definitely did not "bend over backwards" to assist me. This DID happen.

Comfort Dental is a great place and I am grateful for having found such wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable group of people. Lori & Danielle are very nice. Heather has been soo helpful, very gentle & does an excellent job. Dr Scarborough is professional, kind, & answered all my questions. I would recommend this place for any type of dental work.

I just had a thorough, deep cleaning done by Heather. She was friendly, gentle, and took her time to do it right. Very impressed and looking forward to my next appointment!

I’M SO HAPPY WITH THIS OFFICE!!! COMFORT DENTAL IS THE BEST. When I walk in, I am always warmly greeted by Lori (front office) and Danielle. They both work so hard to get accurate estimates with my insurance. Anytime I have a cleaning, I absolutely love Heather. She is so gentle and yet leaves my teeth cleaner than any Hygienist ever has. I recently went in for some work with Dr. Scarborough. He spent so much time with me going over the treatment plan, giving me options and explaining everything to me in great detail. I felt so comfortable. When I went back for the work…he was so patient with me (as I tend to be nervous) and it was a wonderful experience. He actually stayed late for me. The results were fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. I hope everyone knows about this office. Great staff and an amazing dentist. I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars!

i must say that this is the first review, i've written about anyone or anything, but i feel strongly on this one. Dr. Scarborough is knowledgeable and capable, takes time to explain in detail any work i have needed (or why i don't need any), is very thorough, and does excellent work. The work i've had done, including several crowns, is outstanding! He is forthright, has my interest at heart (even attending to my aversion to pain), and is honest. i can trust what he tells me. I never feel like I'm being "sold" anything (and he will even suggest delaying work as appropriate). He has won me as a patient forever! Sometimes i've waited, and sometimes not, but the wait isn't long. Even if i had to wait awhile, i wouldn't mind. the quality of my dental care is far more important than a few extra minutes wait. After experiencing lots of dentists, I definately like a dentist that takes time to explain things, treats me like a person, and does my dental work thoroughly with a caring attitude --and does not treat me like just another patient to be wisked in and out. Keep up the good work, Doc!

I put off having a painful and abscessed tooth taken care of. It had been crowned, although it was broken, by another dentist. I finally called Sue,office manager and explained my fear and problem, she assured me they would take very good care of me and could handle it. I was well taken care of, had other repair work done too, painlessly. Dr Scarborough is very skilled. He has taken good care of my husband and son with the same caring skill. We highly recommend this dentist office. It is so nice to leave the same day with a new and perfect crown, and not have to deal with the temporary and a 2 week wait.

I saw Dr. Scarborough for some general dental work and was vary pleased with both his professionalism as well as his chair side manner. He was thorough in his exam and explained thoroughly what needed to be done to correct my dental problems and why it would improve my overall dental health. I did not have to wait and the staff was very courteous and friendly and concerned about helping me. I would fully recommend Dr. Scarborough as a full service dentist.

tried this dentist office. not only kept waiting in the "lounge" so long, had to have another shot, then when checking out spent 7 minutes listening to hair products story from receptionist and customer. there was no consideration of my time 4-1/2 hrs too long & then to have to wait to check out. Good dentist as long as you have nothing else to do with your day. Saw another man walk out due to the wait on my first day.

Being new to the area, we were apprehensive about seeing a new dentist. Dr. Scarborough, his front-desk wizard, Sue, and all his staff, are amazing. My first cleaning and my crown replacement were stress-free, my husband's implants (a 5-hour procedure) went incredibly well, considering he has respiratory problems, high blood pressure, and extreme anxiety about dentists. Dr. Scarborough and Sue take the time to explain, to answer all questions, to offer treatment options, to reassure, and make certain you are comfortable with the procedure(s). They follow up to see that all is well with you afterward. The office is welcoming and friendly. The name Comfort Dental is well-deserved. We recommend them highly!

After not tending to my teeth for over 15 years due to awful past experiences, I found Comfort Dental and Dr. Scarborough -- heaven sent. The doctor and his staff are utmost professionals and knowledgeable in current best practices and have available the technology/methods to achieve great results -- both physically and emotionally. As importantly, both Dr. Scarborough and his staff are great listeners, patient, and extremely competent. In particular, I trust Dr. Scarborough's judgement and appreciate his willingness to take the time to address any questions or concerns. He and his staff are to be commended for their excellence and caring. My great thanks to each one of them.

I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Scarborough and his kind and gentle staff. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist but now I do not mind it at all. Sue has such a warm and calming manner, she make me feel relaxed the minute I walk in the door. Heather is so gentle, she is wonderful. I highly recommend going here for all dental work!

I had to have an implant, and several crowns.They were very helpful in working with me with the bill and the timing of my need for each crown and implant. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Scarborough is an excellent dentist.Well qualified for any of your needs.

I had some pretty serious cavities that got done. They are still a little rough and not very well smoothed. Not to mention i went to my schools dentist just 4 months after my last dentist appointment and i had 3 more! god. They said it looked like some missed cavities by the dentist, i have a sinking suspicion its a result of my pop habit. Either way it sucks. The hygienist called me by the wrong name which made me nervous. Its still more than i can afford being a student anyway, but teeth are important to me. I really wish there were better cheaper options for kids without money. But there isn't. I like this dentist more or less.

A few months ago, one of my fillings broke and took part of a tooth with it. Being unemployed and without insurance, I waited to take care of it. I knew I should get it checked out and after seeing the add for free x-rays for first time clients, I was hooked. After going in for the x-rays, I discovered that I would need to have a root canal performed. Being that I still didn't have insurance, I wasn't sure what I would be able to do. Thankfully, I spoke to Dr. Scarborough's receptionist Sue and discovered they would work with me for a payment method. A week later I went in for the procedure, and like most people I was a little wary of the term "Root Canal" and concerned about what pain there might be. The good doctor i\let me know that it wasn't nearly as bad as most people made it out to be. Throughout the whole ordeal, I was waiting for the pain to kick in, but Dr. Scarborough was right...I barely felt anything. It helps tremendously the the entire staff is very laid back and understanding about peoples fears and reflexes. Thank you very much to Dr. Scarborough, Sue and the whole staff for making my experience painless in every sense of the word.

I neglected my teeth for decades due to a horrible experience with a dentist as a child. When I finally literally couldn't chew anymore I luckily found Dr. Scarborough and his fantastic staff. The fine people have changed my mind about dental care. Everyone takes their time and does everything they can to ensure that you're comfortable and relaxed throughout your time in their office. If you're looking for a safe, professional, pain-free way to get your teeth fixed, you'll find no better place than Comfort Dental where Dr. Scarborough, Sue, Heather and everyone else will make your visit positive, effective and comfortable!

Comfort Care Dental is very individual-oriented. I have had a fear of dentists for years. Not any longer thanks to the very kind and friendly staff from Sue in the front office to Dr. Scarborough. The staff takes the time to explain options and answer questions. Dr. Scarborough is very detail oriented and focused on excellence in outcome. He guarantees his work. I recommend Comfort Care Dental to all who care about being treated as a person while receiving excellent care from a great team.

I think Dr. Scarborough is one of the best Dentist's I've had the pleasure to know he made my fears go away and was very sensitive to my claustrophobia I had a tooth implant and was painless and easy! It looks good it feels good and I just want to say thank you!

I'm probably like a lot of people out there that have a phobia for dentists. After all, who likes needles in their mouth right? Well, on my very first appointment when I walked through their doors, I was surrounded by a friendly, family-type atmosphere. I am yet to meet a nicer lady than Sue, who works the front desk there. She goes out of her way to make sure that whatever your dental needs are, she makes the arrangements to get you taken care of quickly. I can honestly say, thanks to everyone there, and the warm, pleasant atmosphere that they provide, my phobia for dentists has completely gone away! If you are in need of dental care, this is the only place you need to be...

About two years ago I had some extensive dental work that needed to be done. I was extremely apprehensive about the whole idea of going in. From the super friendly front desk (Sue is awesome!) all the way back to Dr. Scarborough, everyone there puts you at ease. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They give you the information and facts up front, explain what is going on and make you as comfortable as possible. Dr. Scarborough is extremely attentive to details and is willing to take the time and explain everything to you. This office makes me feel like a family friend when I walk in the door! For the first time ever in my life, I actually enjoy going to the dentist. They have great hygienists as well.. my kids and I love going to see Heather! And to top it all off, they have flexible payment options! I have recommended this office to all of my friends and will not take my family anywhere else.

We recently had some work done by Dr. Scarborough and found the whole experience to be a positive one. A friend of mine had told us about Dr. Scarborough and how pleased they were by the way they had been treated and the work he had done.He also worked on my daughters teeth. She is typically an anxious child, but seemed completely at ease while she was getting some sealants put on and a filling done.We will go back to Dr. Scarborough in the future. I would recommend him to any of my friends.
