Haefele TV Inc

I had them when I lived on Spencer Road in Candor. They were great. Fast response time, did an excellent job of installation, and the price was good. Their cable and internet service was way better than Spectrum. We moved to town of Tioga, but have an Owego mailing address. We waited 9 years for them to come out here, and as soon as they did we dropped Spectrum, and got Haefele again. We have been very happy with the service and quality of cable and jinternet.

Absolute crap service, there supposed high speed internet is slower than DSL, can't even stream youtube videos with it. I complain at least once a month about it with no fix ever. If you can avoid this small, crap company do so. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I like that they have a bundle special, especially when you have a business that you need a fax along with the phone & internet and the price isn't bad. When we were checking on it for the pricing & different options before we changed, we told the lady we spoke to(which was the same lady all 3 times we called about about it) we told her what we wanted & even asked her to repeat her answers to make sure we heard her correctly we decided to swap to haefele tv's bundle package. When they came out to hook us up, they didn't have a clue on how to hook up to cat 5 wiring so they ran their own which they ran on top of our carpet & across our desk!! SLOPPY!!! Then when we got our first bill, it was more than they said it was gonna be, they said they missed one of our boxes when they gave us our quote, well she didn't miss any boxes because we made sure everything we wanted was in the quote & we asked her 3 different times before we committed. We asked to talk to a supervisor & the supervisor wasn't in & we still haven't heard from the supervisor. We wanted someone to come out & fix their wiring job which is sloppy & we don't want it running on top of our carpet & desk!! And they need to stop quoting cheaper prices then what they're actually charging!! That's not right, so be careful if you decide to change to them or hook up with them!!! We are changing to another company!!

I like this cable company there are all nice and there gentelmen they send are very helpful when we asks 100 questions. ty haefele.....Todd ans Sonja
