Hwy 29 Car Wash

Love this place!!! The new owners are super nice and work hard. My car is always super clean and beautiful!

As a long time customer of over 9 years, my experience with this car wash today was HORRIBLE and I refuse to go there again thanks to the female manager who handled my complaint. I called to let her know about the poor job that was done on my car an hour or so before. The floors weren’t vacuumed, crumbs and dirt still in cup holder, on the seats and most of all the excessive amount of Armor All that was used AND NOT WIPED DOWN which caused grease stains on my cloths. At first she was nice enough to tell me to bring it back which was cool. Then she questioned the grease stains and proceeded to say, “We always use Armor All on any leather, plastic, vinyl etc. and I use Armor All on my car interior and I've never had any problems." Which to me was a slap in the face. At that point I got agitated because I felt like she was insinuating that I was lying to her. I advised her that I shouldn’t have to defend myself in a complaint about service. In my opinion, the call was handled and could have ended on a positive note when she told me to bring the car back in, however, she escalated it to another level with her comments. One thing management should never do is question the customers experience, just because it’s not the norm doesn’t mean it didn’t happen and although my once or twice a month wash will not affect their business, loosing a loyal customer should mean something to them.

By the way, I paid for the $29.99 wash mainly for the detail to the interior that was included in the package.

This was my first visit and they did a PERFECT JOB!!!!! They didn’t miss a spot! This is the best my car has looked since I bought it!

Been going here for 15 yrs, ownership has changed hands, just went for my 2nd visit since, TERRIBLE!! My vehicle (a 2015 Chrysler which I am meticulous about, no food, no drinks, etc) just needed vacuum and wipe down. The seats, cup holders, dash, rear lift compartment, console, doors NOT EVEN TOUCHED!! Do NOT waste your $$$ Even called to complain and let them know that I will not return, their answer is "well, sorry". Looking for a new car wash facility!!
