Walmart - Pharmacy

I have recently been diagnosed with diabetes and require multiple prescriptions and choose to have them sent to this pharmacy. Customer service is horrible at just about every point of the prescription filling process. The drop-off counter people assume which prescription I wanted every visit, and the first visit resulted in a prescription of insulin I didn't need being filled and charged to my insurance. Every other visit results in them trying to fill a prescription for glucose strips my insurance will not cover and I don't use and then argue with me that they do need to be filled. The pick-up counter is the only redeeming quality of this pharmacy and they get the blunt of the anger when there is a mistake unfortunately. The Pharmacist on hand are not personable in any way which should be a reason to avoid on it's own.



Sorry for the book but in my experience with this Pharmacy it feels like a pulling teeth every time I went and having to go on a regular basis is not something I'm going to put up with. It's perfect for a one to two time filled prescription but not for long-term prescriptions.
