Best company I have ever done business with. Called them at 8:00 pm on a Friday evening and they were out within an hour. Fixed a/c promptly and bill was very reasonable. Recommend 1st Call to anyone.

Amazing company to do business with. I almost never write reviews but this company deserves some kudos! I called them at 10:30 PM when my heat pump stopped working. They came out within the hour, repaired it that night AND they didn't charge us extra for such a late call. I highly recommend them.

The experience with 1st Call was very satisfactory from making the appointment for the servcie call to completion of the job. The technician was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly, repaired it, and checked the rest of the system for leaks. I would definitely use 1st Call again.

I could not ask for a better Company. They did everything very fast to get my system up and running very fast. Them they told me I could get my unit PM'd and Progress Energy would give me a rebate. They filed in all paperwork even gave me an envelope to mail it in. They are professional to the max.
