Slim4life

I am new to Slim4Life, having started the program at the SouthlakeTx clinic on 1/21/2022. I was mentally prepared to commit to weight loss, but I knew I needed the support & cheering me on. I have appreciated Nikki & Rebecca recognizing this need in me. They are both transparent about the program & costs up front! I love that you do not eat packaged meals - I like
that you make your own meals at home according to their guideline. There is always a weekly special on supplements or snacks, which I love. To date: I have lost 22 pounds in 8 weeks, which is 1/2 way to my goal! Finally, let me say I have way more energy, NO MORE ACID REFLUX, and no brain fog. I credit this to my 22 lb loss and the quality supplements & protein snacks that are part of the program. I know I will meet my goal weight & then some! Give it a try!!
