I met Mark today from Southgate Transmission. He helped me out so much I just can't say enough. My transmission went out while I was in the hospital. A friend didn't tell me till I got home and shared the news. It sat for almost 2 months. Today I had an emergency and needed to drive it. I couldn't get it out of 1st gear. 2 people have estimates of nearly $ 2,000.00 .The truck isn't even worth that much. I took it to Southgate Transmission and Mark ran the codes. He gave me a 400$ est. But said it's a gamble and may not totally fix it. I trusted him and took a chance. Very shortly later he called me with great news. It worked like a champ and costed even less than the original estimate. Thank you Mark at Southgate Transmission. You saved my Christmas. I can't tell you how relieved I am. Mark was awesome! He fixed my transmission and my exhaust quickly, inexpensively, and most of all it was done right. I will definitely use Mark for all of my auto repairs in the future.
