        Bldg contaminated with rodents, so every apartment was filled with holes to spray inside walls, and carpeting pulled up from floor. Bldg should have taken care of this problem a long time ago. The one (1) bedrm apartments are vacated faster then two (2) bedrm units. This apartment bldg is the only one with an elevator within two (2) mile radius.
