Rayner Eye Clinic

I just called for a appointment for contact lenses and the call was a very disappointing experience. The receptionist started the conversation by saying Who is your insurance and when I told her I did not have insurance she started to discourage by saying what self pay patient would have to pay and by naming all the things that they would not do. My only request was an make an appointment for contact lenses fitting. She never even greated me a hello how are you.. Poor customer service. Guess this clinic is out for me and my Southaven family.
