Their prices are cheap, I'll give them a star for that much. Chris, the delivery guy, was my biggest problem. He called me a week before my wedding at 1 o'clock in the morning. Yes...a business called a residence at ONE AM. I called back at a more reasonable hour and was told that he was delivering my tent chairs and grill an entire day early because he was overbooked. Not my problem and I didn't get even as much as an apology for it. I had no choice but to roll with it, and I told him that I could figure out the logistics to get my hall an extra day, but since they insisted on me having cash only, that I was not going to be on site with my fiance until the following day, so we needed to either pay with a card or give him the money the day after delivery. He said that they would stop by and pick up the money the day after instead and it would be fine. My brother and I waited around that day for them to show up and pick up the money. We got a couple phone calls with no message left from Chris. I was assuming that he was checking to see if we were still there. Imagine my surprise when I saw that they tried to charge my credit card without permission for the remaining balance! A card that I needed for other things. When I called them the next day, which was also my wedding day, he said that they called numerous times with no answer and made it seem like it was my fault! That is what voicemails are for...and I never got one.



I can never in good conscience recommend this company to another bride getting married. The aggravation and stress was not worth paying less for my rentals.

I used Party Patrol Rentals to DJ at my wedding in August. Matt was so great!! He handled everything very professionally and did not hesitate to give me all of his contact information. As bride I was very nervous to how the entertainment was going to go, I had a BLAST!!! Everyone who attended the wedding only talked about how much fun they had, I did not leave the dance floor!! I will use this company again and again!!

Very happy with party patrol.... everybody was helpful and the price for the bounce castle I rented was well worth it. I will definitely rent from party patrol rentals again......and will also tell all my family and friends.....

What an excellent experience. Everyone from the booking staff to the delivery person was friendly, courteous, and obviously focused on making our event go as smoothly as possible. I would not hesitate to use this business again or to recommend them to anyone in need of party rentals.

Service was great, on time and professional. Tent exceeded expectations and was well constructed. Group that set up and dismantled was courteous, neat and outgoing. Would use Party Patrol Rentals again.

Great job!!! Always on top of the little details and the bounce houses are always clean and in great working order. Staff is always wonderful!
