Went to this location, despite negative Google reviews. BIG mistake. Horrible customer service, mainly an employee who focused all of her time playing with her phone, eating, & talking with co-workers, & doesn't pay attention to customers at all. This actually resulted in the doctor having to come out to the waiting area, calling out her name loudly (the sales associates had wandered off), & delaying the eye exam. She had failed to ask the reason for my visit, & just assumed that I was there for glasses, when I was in fact there for updated prescriptions for both contacts, AND glasses. This was not fully covered by my insurance, & the doctor wanted to be sure that she had clarified that with me, prior to any exam being performed. I had no problem with paying for the exam, but the sales associate was completely unprofessional, & involved her coworkers in what amounted to a standoff over her miscommunication of the terms of my coverage. I eventually DID see the doctor, who was very patient, & thorough. The doctor also has a young assistant, that helps with some of the preliminary testing. She was one of the few bright spots in an otherwise negative experience. She was VERY polite. When I returned to the front, I asked for a printout of the prescriptions for both my eyeglasses, & my contacts. Rather than print them, as they had for a previous customer, the staff member scribbled out the prescriptions by hand. After all was said & done, while paying my bill, that same staff member ripped my receipt, didn't apologize, & just stapled everything together. I couldn't get out of this dump fast enough, & they'll never get any business from me, or anyone that I know...
