Parkside Cleaners

I had called up to this Dry Cleaning place to ask for some prices cause I am new to the area and the workers were short and rude. They had no time to explain to me prices or the quality of their cleaning. Hearing the way that they had spoken to me on the phone they lost me instantly as a customer. I would never go to this place with their unhappiness.

I am always impressed with the quality of service that I receive from Parkside Cleaners. They are prompt, friendly and exceptionally helpful.

My daughter took her wedding gown to have it cleaned - 2 weeks later, I went to pick it up for her, and was told they forgot it. The good news is that they would give her 10% discount ($7.50). They said they would have it the next day. We we picked it up 4 days later and drove 60 miles to sell it. When we got there, we were told that it was never dry cleaned and that it was a dirty mess. My daughter had to use Spray & Wash at the Bridal Shop to clean the dress the best that she could. When my daughter called the cleaners, she was told that they weren't sure if they could refund her money, but they would clean it for her. There was no way we were going to come back and have Parkside Cleaners clean it and drive another 120 miles back to put it up for sale. Makes me wonder if they just press in dirt and tell people that they cleaned their items.
