Haumiller Engineering Company designs and manufacturers custom automation equipment for high-speed assembly of components, including toothpaste tube tops. The company provides automated assembly solutions for such products as medical devices, dispending closures, dispensing pumps, consumer products and flip-top closures. The markets it serves are injection molding, medical device, food and beverage, aerosol, personal care, cosmetic, closures, dispensing pump and electronics. Along with assembly, Haumiller Engineering can integrate processes, such as adhesive dispensing, application of plastic tubing, crimping, die cutting and insertion of terminals, elastic band dispensing and cutting, electrical continuity testing, force gauging, heat transfer, ink marking, label application, leak and flow testing, optical sensing and positioning, radial and axial orientation, silicone and alcohol application, solvent bonding, sonic welding, staking, swaging, torquing and vision inspection.
