Marcell Gardens Apartments

My mother lived at Marcell Gardens for 2 years. She needed extra care in her day to day living and I just moved her to assisted living. While at Marcell Gardens she was treated very well. They paid attention to each of our requests for maintenance or otherwise. I’m glad my mother enjoyed her time there. She misses everyone there.

This place is horrible. The staff will take your stuff if your not home when they go in your apartment. The property manager is hateful, rude, and makes nasty comments about tenates to other tenates. Unless you are a shut in who never leaves there house you will be hated. I could not even stand going home. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I moved to Daytona and could not be happier with the laid back lifestyle. No more New York cut throat mentality. Here I feel safe. It is quiet and I have met a lot of nice people. I finally found tranquility. Very Happy!

I said farewell to the snow and ice. I have been here one month and it is paradise. I look out over the pool which is like a post card. My apartment is peaceful and quiet. It is the most perfect place as far as I am concerned. All of my furniture fits perfectly. Everyone has been extremely nice and helpful. Every day I find more wonderful sites nearby to eat or shop at. I will be happy to stay forever. Anyone considering relocation from the cold does it!

My husband and I have spent our first year of wedded bliss here. My husband

has been promoted and he is being-transferred to Ohio of all places. I will

miss the warmth of Florida and our very special first home together. It is

so large and bright and I do not want to leave. We have been so happy here.

Thanks to the maintenance guys who helped us even after hours. Everyone was

super to us!

Great place to live, a safe and good location. People are very nice. They give prompt service in any problem. Apartments are super clean and well kept.

I feel safe here. It’s clean, all staffs are very nice, and if you need something, it’s taken care promptly. Rent is also reasonable. Nice property.

"My rights are currently being violated at Marcell Gardens. They have illegally entered my apartment without my knowledge. That is only one and the most extreme example of a blatant invasion of my privacy/ basic Constitutional rights. I have been a respectful, compliant tenant. I have been threatend several times with blatant lies, based upon hearsay which has inadvertenly become an all-consuming matter of my life at this point in time. The management stlye of this complex is extremely unprofessional and downright petty. I have never encountered such rude, threating behavior from an apartment complex manager(s) in all of my life. In my attempt to tolerate the adversity they have forced upon me, it has become such a stressful situation due to being harassed on a DAILY basis, I no longer have a choice but to take legal action. Also, the managers do NOT inform their tenants that they live within 25 feet of a railroad train track. I have had a headache since the day I moved in. The train comes by every hour in the middle of the night, and is extremely loud and disturbing. Please do some major research before you consider moving into this apartment compex. (I have to choose at least a one star rating, however I would give this apartment complex a zero star rating, and again, I have never felt this way about an apartment complex. I have always been very fortunate in the past, that is why I cannot believe the way this apartment complex is actually ran on a daily basis) - Lauren Beth Crouse"
