Lovely Nails & Spa

Worse than one star. Horrible experience, did a terrible job on my nails, and management is completely unprofessional and rude. The owner told me he could do something, but towards the end of the appointment, he lets me know that he's not able to do what I showed him after he assured me twice that he could. I gave him the opportunity to fix the situation because I was not happy at all with the way they looked and the fact that he lied to me. Instead of trying to offer solutions, he chose to raise his voice at me and call me a liar in a roomful of other customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I love love going to lovely nails. They are wonderful plus it seems like there's last the longest and priced good for the quality. It's so relaxing in there and VERY VERY CLEAN!!!!!
