Burlington Muffler & Brake

Had a catalytic converter installed in my toyota truck. Engine light comes back on. Had diagnostic done. Bring diagnostic back to this place. Says well it could be your engine. Took my truck to heritage toyota. Detailed inspection done. Part was not properly put on at rear of part to my exhaust. Mechanic gerrymandering at burlington muffler and brake with gasket sealant. Heritage did what is called a lean test and found leak right where it was mickey moused. Lead mechanic said at burlington muffler well he may have needed to do that because of rust. Nope all in writing from heitage. Only when I had documented proof would they admit to their poor job. They are getting their catalytic converter back with documentation and photos. I am getting my money back. Heritage said part they used on my truck was one of the cheapest to get wholesale. Do not go for catalytic converter replacement there.

Needed brake work done on my main vehicle and these folks were terrific! Shuttled me, at no charge, to a location on the other side of town so I could pick up a borrow car. Always friendly and the bill was less than I thought it would be after researching parts costs - IMPRESSED. Car was done on time, within estimate/quote. Will definitely be bringing my other vehicles there in the future!
