Jory the Tree Man

DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES!! He butchered my beautiful tree. I told him that I only wanted it to be trimmed by raising the canopy and getting the hanging branches away from the roof. I repeated conservative trim several times. I even used his long hair as an example. He bragged that his long hair had not been cut for over 15 years. I told him that if he went in for a trim he would not want someone cutting it up to his ears and said he would only want an inch off. I thought I had made my point. I had to go to an important meeting.

When I got home I was literally shocked. My tree looks hideous. He cut branches off in the middle so that they look like amputated limbs. A few days later my neighbor was having their tree trimmed so I asked if they could come and look at my tree. He said that they had "topped" the branches and that no one does that anymore. He said there was nothing he could do and said that it would be best to just cut the branches off all the way back to the tree. He said it was the worst trimming he had ever seen.

I was sick. When I called Jory to discuss my dissatisfaction he replied by saying "I wish I had never met you". It was a very strange comment.

I cannot say enough about how unstable and how incompetent this guy is.
