Metro by T-Mobile

I came to this store to replace my LG stylio phone. The store clerk suggested i buy the LGK7 phone so i did. When i got the phone and turned it on for the first time i realized immediately that the phone was of very poor quality in comparison to he LG stylio that I had. I was confused as to why i was suggested to buy this phone. After speaking to the clerk, and the manager, I am now out of pocket $100 because i have to buy another phone as they refuse to accept responsibility for the confusion. No refunds. I would have NEVER chosen this phone if they did not suggest it to me.
