ABM Industries

I was employed with this company from April 24th 2017 to May 25th 2018 and I can safely say that this company is "self serving","unfair" and "ignorant".For starters the supervisors and a majority of the employees choose not to speak english even though they can when they feel like it which is "ignorance" on the part of ABM!Also there was an incident in which another employee mopped the restroom floor and neglected to put up a wet floor sign causing a customer of ABM to fall but instead of ABM just giving a written reprimand to this employee I also received one for not putting up a wet floor sign after the incident occurred even though I had my own job to do and all the wet floor signs were in use which showed "unfairness" on the part of ABM!The fact that ABM punishes an employee who didn't directly contribute to the incident and not caring about his side of the story or work situation just to look good to their customers shows that ABM is "self serving"! A bad company to do business with!
