        I went to store 10/06/16 To have them check my phone after I downloaded an Apple update, the phone was very slow.
        I was the only customer in the store, The agent was on his computer. It was like I was invisible. Finally he asked if he could help me. After I explained my problem he looked at my phone, did not even open it. said it was an old phone and I needed a new one. I reluctantly said OK. As he was taking my Information. I asked if he could download my contact list from my phone to the new one . He said that he could not, that the computer was not programed for that. He just wanted to sell the phone and not take tine to Download. I walked out and went to The AT&T store In Aurora OH. The Agent there was very nice. I explained I might need a new phone or could I use my present phone? He open it and in less than 2 minutes he was able to fix my old phone.. When I renew my contract it will be with AT&T.
