Prime Time is run by a RUDE and RIGID old lady who has absolutely no customer service, professional or intellectual skills.
The process has been in place for over 20 years without any updates to keep up with the computer generation or good business practices. They do not know how to use email or websites, yet they blame the computer for their lack of professionalism.
I have spent the past six weeks abiding by their rules and extremely limited unrealistic time frame windows, and then I learned that due to the Holiday, the correspondence was received late so they VOIDED my gift voucher. They told me to take it up with my local post office. I asked if a letter from the post office would help my situation and she blatantly stated NO. So what was the point?
They sent a letter requesting a response within 10 days. They do not account for the mailing time or holidays. So when I received my letter six days after the date of the letter and they receive it late due to Labor Day holiday, they gladly VOIDED my voucher.
I wrote an explanation letter, but they completely ignored it. When I called PT, they ignored my messages and did not return my call. When I followed up, they made many excuses and blamed me for not following the rules.
I was informed that the rules were made over 20 years ago and cannot be updated to accommodate good customer service. I asked to communicate to someone with authority and this person indicated that she was the only one - that no one else existed. Really? There is no way that this lady owns this business because a professional would never act like she did over the phone.
Too bad this promotion uses Primetime Vacations to process their gifts. Wyndham Oceanside Pier Resort shame on you for participating in a company with such foul business practices.

This was the worse experience I've ever had trying to use this company. They take weeks to respond and then give you excuses of why. Then you go to use your voucher and they explain you missed the time frame to respond in. When you explain what happens the lady gets VERY upset and refuses to talk with you and just keeps telling you how its your fault. Even the BBB, has a hard time contacting her. (must be their fault too)

I would tell anyone that trying to collect on this vacation is a waste of time and money. Numerous loopholes are set in place for you to fail and they can invalidate your offer. The person answering the phone is ready to jump in her own defense as soon as she answers. Very argumenative and informs you that your the one in the wrong. She leads you to feel mentally challanged. They need to stop issuing these reward vouchers unless they intend to honnor them.
