Martina's Cleaning

I had been a client of Martinas Cleaning off and on for the past 7 years. The first years were great and Martina would quickly address any concerns I had. Now, I will never use their services again. I hired Martina's cleaning because they were supposed to be bonded and felt that if anything were to go awry, at least their bond would cover any costs. Boy was I wrong. I caught one of her employees on camera stealing from my Home (we installed a camera after we noticed money missing). I notified her immediately as to the situation-I told her how much cash we were sure her employee had stolen and that my diamond necklace had also gone missing just after her employee started cleaning my home (who knows what else she took!). I provided her with the video of her employee stealing from me so that she could contact her bond company to start a claim to cover my losses while I filed a police report. Come to find out, the employee she had given access to my home to was a contract employee that was not covered by the businesses bond! I was told that I would need to file a small claims suit against her now ex-employee to get restitution (she did credit off our last 3 bills to cover some of the money and the cost of new locks for our house). I hired a bonded company and had no part in her employee selection-I should not be out anything for her poor decisions in who she hires. I Definitely do not recommend Martinas Cleaning-they are not trustworthy or forthcoming in their business practices!
