Firestone Complete Auto Care

Do NOT go here. My truck got stuck on the rack in the air. I made an appointment for 9am and they said it wouldn't be finished until 12. Just for an oil change. And now I have to wait until they figure out how to get It down.

this store is a joke.i took my girlfriends 2009 kia up their in sept.2014 had new tires,life time alignment done on her car. dec. 23 took back for an alignment check,6 days later had to go back because it was still off. when I went back on the 29 someone had taken (stold)her apple ipod out of the car when I talked to the store manager he gave me a big line of bull crap,had to call consumer affairs.they are soppost to refund me the money on all. I will never go back to this store.the need to fire randy the store manager beings he cant run the store better then this......posted by keith p.

I have a jeep liberty, with the abs light, along with two other lights on, they told me the abs sensor is damaged and gonna cost 140 bucks. I looked afterwards online and even called jeep, and they said it was a sensor that went bad, and it affected the other two wires, and it'd be a simple fix of 15 bucks. Two weeks earlier, they worked on the rear breaks, and coincidence, that's where the sensor is broke. Sensor broke only the next day after initial visit. Not speaking for all locations, but Smyrna, TN location is just plain bad.

I recently took my truck to Firestone because it was stalling out while I was driving. They told me that it was the battery. Picked the truck up there days later with the exact same issues. Nothing changed. Exact same thing happened to my mother's car. Air conditioner was supposed to be fixed and wasn't. We had already spent over $400 on both vehicles. I won't be going back.

I took my car to another well known autocare center in Smyrna, and told them I was having problems with the right rear of my vehilce, and this autocare center told me the was nothing wrong with the rear. It was the left front giving my problems. I knew they were wrong because I could see the wheel out of alignment. I decided to go get another opinion at Bridgestone, and not only did they find my problem, but aligned the front left of my vehicle which the other shop wanted to replace because they couldnt align it.
