able and easy taxi

We contacted this company 2 weeks in advance to set up a reservation to be dropped off and picked up on new years eve. They dropped us off, but then we we called to make sure they were on their way to pick us up, we were told they couldnt find one of their cars. We had 2 cars on the way because we had a large group. Rather than sending one car, they just left us stranded, and told us to find another ride home. However, if you've ever been to NYE in Atlanta, you know that this is a very difficult task, and the reason that we scheduled to have them pick us up in the first place! Approximately 2 hours later at 4am, we finally got a different ride home. As if this wasnt bad enough, when they dropped us off, we had paid them extra because they said they didnt have any change, and they would just apply it towards the ride home. So, when we contacted them to get our money back the next day, the told us they would return it, and then again they did not show up. If there were less than one star I would give them negative stars, because their service was less than poor!!!
