Willis Chevrolet Buick

We had a recall notice on our car come in. Months later another notice that parts were available to dealers so that now we can schedule the free repair. We called Willis to set up the order of the parts on a very vital repair. It's been a week and a half and no call back that the parts are in. We called Townsend Brothers in Dover on a Monday and the parts were in the next day. Willis doesn't care! The staff in service are abrasive, rude and incompetent. If you care about your car don't go here. They act as if you're bothering them when you call and ask to have your car fixed. And this repair is so vital if things go bad before it's fixed you can die because the car goes out of control. Willis knows this because they have the recall notices list as well. I expect it'll be a month and we'll still never get a call the parts are in. But that's OK. We'll have our car fixed at Townsend next week. Rude! In this economy we don't have to put up with that when there's an option in Dover.
