I have used the Smithville store since 2009. When the "new" owners took over a while ago, the service and expertise improved. I am happy with how they have helped with preventive care and keeping me from long term issues.
These idiots at the Kearney shop forgot to leave a key for me so I could pick up my truck after hours on Saturday. I have to be to work in Colorado on Monday. No emergency contact on the door... nothing. I paid the $1,750 dollars and I asked them to do three things. Leave the invoice, keys and the old shocks in my truck. They couldn’t even manage one. Not only that, but they put the wrong shocks on my truck and now my tires are rubbing on my fenders. Total morons....
