Everyone I know who has used pools pools pools has been pleased with their work. On pool installs the owner personally comes out and makes sure everything is pin straight and perfect. Everyone they hire are local guys and their prices are better than any I've quoted for everything (pool, liners, heater, looploc etc)

This company seems to employ young men that don't know a thing about customer service and not too much about pools either. They came to my house and could not hook up my pool filter the right way. Caused a flood in my yard and refused to give me my money back. I called in another company and my pool was up and running in an hour. Pools Pools Pools was real quick to take my money but not so quick to do the job. The explanation for not completing the job correctly was they didn't install my pool filter and I had several hoses that went everywhere. So instead of admitting they just couldn't figure it out and return my money they took the money and ran!!!
