Jaswell's Water Well Systems

I would give them (Roy) a zero if I could. He installed a system in my house that needs to be serviced and he has not shown up after scheduling an appointment TWICE!!! He does not return my calls or text messages and was charging me $150 just to look at the leaking tank, that he installed! I am shocked that anyone has given him any sort of positive feedback when my few experiences with him have been unbelievably horrible. I do not know how he is still in business. If you choose to call him, BEWARE!!

Roy Jaswell installed an irrigation well pump system for my home, that has not worked correctly since installation. Finally, on August 2nd of 2015, he determined definitively that the issues with my system were the result of a defective pump system. He then stated, "I ordered you a new pump and it will be here in about 2 days." That was more than a month ago, and the last such correspondence I have had directly with Mr. Jaswell. Despite numerous phone calls, 5 voicemail messages and even, from sheer desperation, a Facebook message directly to him (for which I know verifiably he received and read), I have received no response. My well pump has a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty, and I have a signed agreement with Mr. Jaswell guaranteeing the performance of my system and all system components, and yet he continues to disregard my requests for - even a return phone call.
This is, without question, the most disrespectful and incompetent "business professional" (I use this term incredibly loosely to refer to Mr. Jaswell) I have ever dealt with. He is routinely late to appointments, non-responsive to requests and inquiries, and seems to bear a general disregard for the valuable time of his clientele.
This review, of course, speaks nothing to the fact that he installed an inherently defective irrigation well system for my home, which has cost me thousands of dollars and has not worked since its inception.
Mr. Jaswell claims to run, "a full service water well company," but quite obviously his idea of "full service" lacks the very fundamental principles of "service". Furthermore, he claims "At Jaswell's Water Well Systems, we provide quick response times for all jobs, particularly those of an emergency nature (no water, low pressure, etc.)", another erroneous claim which will cause any prospective well owner frustration and utter aggravation.
Under no circumstances would I recommend this individual to anyone. If indeed he were the last well driller on planet earth and the very survival of humanity depended upon his "expedient" services, I would rather die amidst a sweltering, waterless, wasteland than deal with his inconsiderate incompetency.

They came out and fixed my pump quick. They left no mess and explained everything to me. I am very pleased with the work and have been for 6 years. I will continue to use them for all my well needs. Thank you so much

Roy Jawell worked on my neighbors well, they poured 5 gallons of chlorine in the well to disinfect their well. That night there was a faint smell of chlorine in my water. The next day the smell was unbearable, My water was undrinkable. I picked up chlorine test strips and the results were off the scale, a very excessive amount of chlorine. After speaking to Roy twice and telling him what happened, he assured me he would be out to flush out the neighbors well. He didn't show for 3 days and wasn't there long enough to flush a toilet let alone the well. He also said he would give me a replacement filter cartridge, He hasn't even checked in with us. I will agree that that this persons word means nothing and would advise others to stay away.
