        This was the biggest disaster ...

        This was the biggest disaster I ever had, they did not show up on time , they say Cajun food it was not, not one guest gave the food a complement!

        The staff appeared to be a bunch of temps that had no idea about catering, and the service industry.

        I would not hire this catering company for any event ever again!!!!!!!!!
