WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! I went and got my eyebrows waxed and the female employee waxed off a whole piece of my eyebrow off! The only good thing is they did not charge me because of the incident and they filled in where the bald area was.....so think twice if your going there...

I had an appointment and specifically that I had to be done within an hour. I was there early for my appointment and still had to wait over 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin. I checked in and they were aware I was waiting. Never did anyone check in on me to tell me why I was waiting so long. I was completely ignored and would never return again. The receptionist was extremely nice, but I question a business that makes their customers wait so long for a simple hair cut.
