Salesperson Lacey was great. But we have had the worst time trying to get a hold of someone for delivery. First they had us scheduled for the 13th between 10:15-2:15, as of 3:30 that day hadn't heard from anyone. Finally after a hour got a hold of someone and was told the furniture wasn't even in the warehouse yet so we weren't getting it on the 13th. Hmmmm and no phone call from them before hand to let us know that. So got it rescheduled for the 16th and have been trying for over a hour to get a hold of someone with no luck. This getting put on hold for several minutes to an hour is ridiculous. This furniture is for my Mom who has no living room furniture which we told them that and it was very important to get the new set as soon as possible but they don't seem to care about that only that they got her money ($1200). I was planning on buying some furniture myself but it won't be from there.

Ashley and Weston are top notch sales professionals and representatives of their company. I visited several other suites on the peninsula looking for the best price. When I speed the Ashley store in Silverdale I thought I would be able to haggle the price. They basically tag teamed me and I walked out spending $6,000. Financed for five years and love everything I had delivered. Those two are why value is more important than saving a couple hundred dollars.



I'll never but furniture from another store.

Be very careful when you order from Ashley furniture. In general they make good quality furniture but don't expect any customer service from the Tacoma, Wa store. Once they have your money and your out the door they don't care about you. On both occasions that the warehouse delivered the same defective couch we attempted first to contact a manager at the point of sale(the Tacoma store) and on both occasions we were told 1. There was no manager available or 2. They were to busy with other customers....I then contacted the wharehouse in Tukwilla and immediately spoke with a manager who quickly worked to address my concerns. Tacoma you get a big fat "F" but Julie and Robert in Tukwilla your keen ability to effective render proper customer service is the only reason I will ever shop or recommend Ashley Furniture again.
