Labormax Staffing

Terrible District Manager. This cannot even be called a staffing company. They will put anyone in any position up to and including positions that require a skilled laborer. The local owner agrees with this practice. The District Manager has no idea how to qualify anyone for any position let alone manage a district. Has no idea how to interpret a contract and is basically a puppet on a string for the local owner. He takes credit for everything but does nothing. I believe the previous review where the lady felt harassed as the DM has a sexist view about women in general. He also wanted to hold my last paycheck and I had to bump that situation up to the Corporate Owner of LaborMax who while he had the DM and myself on the telephone had to school this DM on Maryland Law regarding final pay for employees. Needless to say, I got my paycheck on the day I was suppose to get it. Recommendation to Katie L. if you never received your final pay, call the Corporate Owner, Mike Ingham and if that does not work, place a call to Maryland Department of Labor, Employment Standards Services and report them.
