Whataburger

Horrible all burgers messed up , only had ketchup and mayo nothing else order number 1 add ketchup &mayo. Fries and burgers ice cold waited over 30 minutes. In drive thru. I got home found my order a disaster mgtment never picked up phone. I had to call 800 number every week a problem either breakfast item don't order egg, sausage &cheese biscuits I order 6 got it on on whataburger Jr burger horrible no biscuit plus 2 chicken honey butter biscuit no biscuit on a hamburger bun Jr no honey butter at all!! What a waste it's just not worth it throwing our money away. The owner of this store must have money to throw away I witnessed the mgtment giving food away if your African American all staff on 11pm-7pm were African American workers and family/friends given perks ( free combos never paid or rang up no money pass hands. I was shocked employees had a ride this person received free combo along the employee getting off work getting a free meal they laughed how they were ripping off Store uh mgtment present. My bill was over 28.00 double standard for customers who are a different (?) Guess!! Certain customers on 11-7am don't matter. I have to admit the 7am-3pm shift are awesome this shift/staff do a great job!! Thank you 7am-3pm appreciate a well done job &service.

Check your change the people that work there can't count , doesn't'the new cash registers do that watch out

On October 26, 2012, my husband and i went through the drive-thru at Whataburger Store # 506, on 2544 West Bert Kouns,Shreveport, La. 71118 (318) 688-3794. we place an order and it totaled to be $12.68, but me, I always check my banking account daily and i noticed that Whataburger charged us 2 times but we on placed one order; once for @12.68 and the other for $14.12. My proof, copied from my bank statement: 10/29/2012 Debit Card Transaction WHATABURGER 506 Q25 SHREVEPORT LA 10/27 $12.68 10/29/2012 Debit Card Transaction WHATABURGER 506 Q25 SHREVEPORT LA 10/27 $14.12.I spoke with one of the managers up there and she said she would investigate, she called me back and said i was right, i was charged twice, she also said come to their stor and she will refund my money back; i went up there 2-3 days later and of course the story had changed," we don't know what happened but i can't refund your money back to you today in cas like i thought, we're trying to figure out a way to refund it back to your card"; IT'S 2 WEEKS LATER, AND NOTHING!!! Either someone up there accidently charged my debit card by mistake twice, or they are stealing, All i know is, I want my money back!!!!
