Samantha Strange, LPC a counselor in Shreveport, LA. She specializes in counseling. To me; she’s an stupid unhelpful WITCH. Everytime i’m talking to her,she rolls/slant her eyes to the left or to the right which is freaking disrespectful. This person tries to put words into my mouth that is not true which is a problem; and she talks over me while i’m talking, so rude. I also don’t like the fact that this place and other places like this prescribe psychiatric DRUGS all the time but, they don’t want to recommend any safe alternative or natural treatment instead. I think the meds should only be issue to the ones that are truly not well.

Okay; Dr. Michael Susano, MD is a psychiatry specialist in Shreveport, LA. This dude here is a freaking disrespectful JERK. He never think before he opens his mouth, always giving slick comments that would tick anybody off. And he talks when I’m talking as well too. Some of the staffs are friendly here, you can speak to them and they’ll respond back to you like they care which is good because; some patients just needs someone to talk to instead of handing them a prescription paper.

Not surprised. All they care about is numbers, not clients. They certainly don't care about the employees any more than they do clients. They had a massive exodus of employees because of this and, for the most part, can no longer attract quality people to work there.

After waiting from 1130 am to 3 pm I finally get in for my first appointment to see a person who receives new clients. She then just turned to a pile of papers and said " ok do you can go here, here or here" and when I informed her I wanted to make an appointment at this facility she said " oh no, you have to go somewhere else, we're much too busy". I needed help and they just shooed me off to go find help somewhere else. I waited all that time for something I could've found on my own at home. They were entirely unprofessional and I'm surprised if anyone going there gets any actual help.
