My sister has lived here for 2 years. She's only had 2 minor repairs that were needed and they did those right away. It is very quiet there also. Utilities are low in cost. It is expensive to move in however, your first months rent, deposit the same as rent, and a deposit for water. The manager is very congenial, and personable. Rarely are there problems that need police. I gave this place 4 stars and not 5 in selection only because the majority of residents rarely move, therefore leaving minimal selection to choose from.

It is over priced for sure they have a lot of plumbing problems they are at the renters expense A&W
Management will not do anything to fix the problem they just put a bandaid on the problem and the renter will pay the bill the plumbing bills are very expensive be sure you check reviews on all locations before you rent !! You could save your self a lot of money and headaches !!

Take care of it but of course it will always be on your side so they don't have to pay the bill anytime . The lot rent is 245.00 a month when you get your bill it will be 300.00 plus for this kind of money you should never have to pay that bill unless it is from your house to the clean out they have nothing for the kids to do no pool or play ground they just sit back and take your money we fix the repairs on the old 40yr. Old plumbing and more !! 150.00 a month is enough for what you get !!!the plumbing bills are costly you can pretty much run water through you pipes nothing else or you will have a huge plumbing bill !!! Be sure to check around and read reviews on property before you rent a lot you are wasting your money !!! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ money pit getto the worst !!!
