The front desk receptionist (red head) is very rude and disrespectful. As I was speaking with another staff member about insurance coverage she found it necessary for her to chime in rudely with a nasty attitude and rolling her eyes. After I politely corrected her and said thank you, I started talking again to the financial coordinator and yet again her injected herself and with a very nasty tone and asked me if I wanted a printed out which I declined. As the other staff member were concluding our discussion she the slaps the print out on the counter in front of me,rolled her eyes and said here! This is not the first time I've experience her unprofessionalism and its a pitty and shame that she's the first person patients encounter when coming to the office because the rest of the staff is wonderful to work/talk with however her attitude would make you consider going elsewhere.

I have been going to Dr. Pinney since he opened his business. He is an excellent dentist, honest & has great employee's. I highly recommend him!
