Located in North Carolina on the banks of beautiful Lake Norman, our resort offers fully furnished “Tiny Homes” and a Lakeside cabin, as well as, (60) FHU 20/30/50amp RV sites for commercially manufactured Class A, B, and C rigs along with Fifth Wheels and Travel Trailers. All of our accommodations and sites are made available for rent on a daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal basis. Lake Norman is an aquatic playground and our guests are able to enjoy the full extent of its offerings including boating, fishing and water-skiing. The lake is pristine and the local wildlife and environment will excite even the most seasoned traveler. Lake Norman Motor Coach Resort has been developed for those seeking the latest and most modern facilities yet on a tranquil lake side setting. In fact, the resort was designed so that the Lakeside cabin, the Tiny Homes and a majority of the RV sites have a panoramic view of Lake Norman. The “Tiny Homes” have been added to our facilities! The “Tiny Homes” are NEW, fully furnished, wonderfully appointed rental units which add style and additional availability to our already great facilities. Features include: 399sq’ spaces with 1 or 2 bedrooms, some with sleeping lofts, full bath & kitchen and living area with porch or deck. Free, hardwired internet with router allows you superfast access on any of your devices and the 42” flat screen “Smart” TV. Privacy and security were both major considerations in the design of our resort. Security cameras are placed throughout the resort and over 1850 shrubs and tree have been planted in and around the resort while the resort perimeter is lined with over 1500 feet of wrought iron fencing. This is a gated resort so you will be issued a Site Key (similar to a Hotel key) which will provide you 24 hour access for entry/exit. Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the Gate House where your party’s reservations are confirmed. You will be provided a welcome package which includes the layout of the resort, trash bags and the Site Key. You travel through the wrought iron security gate on your way to your Cabin, Tiny Home or RV site and you will be escorted to your respective location. Of interest to our RV guests: For safe transition from Highway 150, the entrance to the resort has two entry lanes leading to the Gate House that is located 100 feet from the highway. All the roads within the resort are 18 feet wide and are paved. All RV sites have concrete pads, picnic table, power towers, free WiFi and Cable TV. Each power tower offers 20/30/50 amp service, water and sewer connections, and is equipped with a night light for your convenience after dark. Resort staff will also be available to pick up guest’s trash each morning at their RV site. Staff will be available to assist you with information or to help make reservations for any of the areas many attractions. Our Bath House facilities are ultra clean and eloquently furnished with granite counter tops, porcelain wall tile, floor tile and auto flush fixtures. Private 10’ x 12’ shower suites are also provided for those seeking added privacy. Our laundry facility is 24/7 and equipped with coin operated washers and dryers. A 4500sq’ deck overlooking the lake is provided for guests to use who may want to socialize while enjoying the views of beautiful Lake Norman. The deck includes a 1000sq' pavilion with the "Tiki Bar" which is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The resort has four piers, a boat ramp, and 21 dock slips available to you to rent if you bring your own boat. No boat? No problem! Our resort is pleased to offer seasonal Pontoon Boat and raft rentals and our onsite staff is available to help you with any of your boating needs. Whether it’s helping to launch or recommending the best places to go fishing, our staff is here for you.
