Unethical practices. The apartment continuously staffs the office with rude, incompetent people. They constantly loose paperwork and make up numbers that current and previous tenants owe. On one occasion a previous office staff member confided in me that they only take government assistance for the benefits even though they only have one resident who qualifies - all others who come in or call they tell them they're full on who they can take. (She said this with a smug attitude as if these people were some kind of slime.) The apartments claim luxury when in fact they are old and badly taken care of. The maintenance staff are largely unqualified and routinely do a shoddy job. The heating/AC is constantly breaking down and while they keep a tremendous amount of fire extinguishers both inside and outside the apartments, they have all been expired for a year and more. The one pool they have is either always closed or something you would never want to swim in. The basketball, volleyball courts are laughable. The picnic "grills" are so gross you're sure to get something 'extra' along with anything you cook on them. They have four laundry facilities of which at least half the machines are never working, they're dirty and scary. Their claim to "on-site maintenance and staff" is a lie. They don't listen to any requests including asking that no one enter your apartment unless someone is present - even if you put it in writing. They NEVER leave notes when they've let them selves in detailing the work done or why they were there. The things they list one pages like this that they 'offer' is only by the best stretch of imagination. W/D connections are available in very few apartments, good luck getting one. "Upgraded interiors" means that they painted over everything so it's all stuck together. The dishwashers are always old and it took them 4 months to replace my NON-WORKING one. There's never more then one ceiling fan in an apartment - my guess here is they were talking about the apartment complex as a whole. The whole thing is laughable. If you move here there will never have been an apartment you could hate worse. I recommend that if you're okay living in an apartment this poorly run and maintained that you at least find one for a better price.
