I had a 3 tier wedding cake made here for my wedding last Friday, it was perfect!!! I wish I didn't live so far away or else I would be stopping by often to get more!!!

I had heard this bakery was so good, but am sorry to say NOT SO! We ordered a 3 tier cake for my parents 50th anniversary, and not only was the owner difficult to work with, the cake was not decorated as ordered, the frosting on the top layer had a huge bubble, and she was rude to my father on delivery. On top of that, the cake was dry and highly overpriced for what we received. There was also a miscommunication to me on what time the cake decorations had to be there the day before (I live out of town), so I had to do that myself minutes before the party. When I tried to calmly discuss these problems with her this morning, the owner was unwilling to address them, would not even attempt an amicable solution, and I was asked to leave. Over the years I have dealt with many caterers and bakeries, and in all that time have never had any problem with product or owners who were unwilling to offer customer service to correct their errors. Mom's bakery is not somewhere I will ever do business again, and would recommend that anyone planning any event choose someone else. We will!
