Davis Towing & Recovery Auto & Truck Body Repair

They have absolutely NO compassion for whatever a person is going thru. My truck was stolen, and i filled out the report with the Benton P.D. They called me @ 12:30 a.m. to let me know it'd been found, in Sheridan and that i could go get it. Transferred to the Sheridan P.D, who left it up to Davis, saying that if I hurried I could get it. @12:39 a.m, less than 6 minutes away, the wrecker service said i took too long, that they had it in the air. I pleaded with him as i couldnt afford thier $180.00 extortion fee to get it out, (for only 6 short hours) and this only seemed to make them happier. Why am i the victim in this scenario TWICE? It is wrong, unjustified, immoral, shady, and just plain mean to do this to me. For 3 entire days i have worried about how i would get to and from work, whether or not i would lose my job or not, and if i would ever see my truck again. I was elated to find out it had been found, only to have my heart ripped out again at this latest theft from me. Iam disgusted with their lack of caring, and will not only tell every living soul i come in contact with of this disgusting company, i plan on suing for my lost wages, and other unnecessary expenses. I would have given them a zero star rating, but that wasnt an option on this survey.
